OUR FACTORY
All our beds and mattresses are still made by hand with traditional skills and techniques, there is no substitute for the hands-on approach. From the original open coil traditional spring unit to the very latest pocket sprung mattress our beds are made and assembled using specialised machinery specifically developed for the job.

Our current client list within the Hotel industry includes IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Radisson, Best Western, Mont Calm and the first Park Regis Hotel in England along with a host if independent hotels.

All our beds are made and assembled using specialised machinery specifically developed for the job, including Tape Edges machines, Hand Tufting machines, Multi-needle machines, Vertical Stitch Border machines and Jump and Tack Border machines.
WHAT WE DO
With over 25 years in the bed making industry we have mastered the art of making quality beds and mattresses for the hotel hospitality industry specialising in contract beds and contract sofa beds all made to the latest British Standard ignition source 5.
We manufacture a range of different specifications derived from specific hotel brand requirements as well as offering a bespoke build service created to your own specifications. We manufacture all our products to order using the highest quality fillings and assembled with our state of the art machinery enabling us to give a faster turnaround on orders for a fast and reliable delivery service.
We offer a full installation and room set-up of all new beds and sofa beds purchased and we will also remove and dispose of your old bed stock in line with environmental objectives thus helping clients to reduce their carbon footprint.
